This support group is an inviting, safe, confidential space for folks who identify as trans femme to connect with others who share this identity and are going through similar experiences. This group will be rooted in feminist psychotherapy. Feminist theory focuses on how the environment and broader cultural and sociopolitical dynamics may impact views and experiences around gender as well as mental health and well being.
Membership details:
Participants will self-identify on the transfemme spectrum. Transfemme is used as an umbrella term to include anyone who feels aligned with nonbinary, genderqueer, agender, binary or other femme-leaning gender identities. This support group offers a space for individuals to explore the psychological impact of growing up with emotionally immature parents. This impact can include low self-esteem, trust issues, difficulty with intimacy, perfectionism, struggles with self-care, a tendency to take on caretaking roles, difficulty with conflict resolution, and more. This group will provide a safe environment for sharing experiences, discussing the effects of this upbringing on current life, receiving peer support, and fostering personal growth.

This support group is an inviting, safe, confidential space for folks who identify as trans masc to connect with others who share this identity and are going through similar experiences. This will be a 12-week virtual group for trans men led by a trans man that offers a safe and confidential space to connect and talk about important topics.
Membership details:
Participants will self-identify on the transmasc spectrum. Transmasc is used as an umbrella term for people who identify as masculine or have a masculine gender expression, but were assigned female at birth. If you feel this identity umbrella describes you, then this space is for you!

Feelings of isolation are prevalent among queer folks, particularly those who struggle with depression or anxiety. With the added stress of the ongoing COVID pandemic, those feelings of loneliness, depression, isolation and anxiety can become even more intense. This group will offer a safe space to process those emotions, and help reduce feelings of isolation.
The Queer Depression & Anxiety Support Group will allow individuals to explore their experience with depression/anxiety as well as past and current triggers. This group will include peer support, feedback, and open discussion.

This 12-week group will explore the unique experiences of first-generation immigrants, including topics such as identity, family dynamics, cultural adaptation, and overcoming challenges like discrimination and imposter syndrome. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their experiences and share insights on navigating life in a new country while preserving their cultural heritage.

This 12-week group will focus on understanding and healing the "inner child" the part of us that carries childhood wounds, beliefs, and unmet needs. Each session will guide participants through exercises and discussions designed to connect with, heal, and empower their inner child, promoting long-term emotional growth and well-being.
