A year after the horrific tragedy aimed at the LGBTQ+ community at Pulse in Orlando, it continues to be incredibly important to seek the support you need, practice self care, and grieve however you need. There is not one way to cope and grieve. Whether you feel fear, sadness, anger, anxiety, helplessness, numbness or a variety of other responses – they are all "natural."
