Therapist
Pronouns: they/them/theirs & he/him/his
I believe in a world that has taught us shame and repression, working towards self love and self actualization is an act of rebellion. Therapy is a stepping stone towards finding the self and reconnecting to your body, community, needs, and desires. You deserve inner peace and together we will work to find what that means for you.
About Xavier
I am a white trans-masc nonbinary pan/bisexual that has been involved in the polyamorous & Kink/BDSM communities for 5+ years. I am a licensed therapist that works with individuals, couples, and multiple partner relationships/dynamics. I am dedicated to working with you through the daily life stressors and ongoing mental health struggles to co-create a more manageable state for you. I also acknowledge power dynamics and privileges embedded in systems and relationships that can affect our mental health.

Working with Xavier
I look at each person and situation as unique and work with you with this in mind. My go-to methods are mindfulness and psychodynamic theories while bringing in other methods when relevant to your individual circumstances. This may look like exploring your history with you, including how you were raised and how what you experienced affects your current relationships and attachments. This also looks like keeping you present and centered in your day to day life. I approach with curiosity and empathy. We will work together to build trust and safety to co-create a space that can be vulnerable and judgment free, while also bringing authenticity in being able to laugh together when life calls for it.
