Each person holds unique histories and identities that interact with present-day society’s plethora of contexts, systems, and expectations. All of these interactions create uniquely personal experiences that can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Therapy is a space to explore our connections to ourselves, others, and our environments. My commitment to you is to create a consistently nonjudgmental, supportive, and open space to allow for self-exploration and authenticity. I am honored to hold space for every part of you that shows up during our work together.
