Hi! I understand how lifes challenges can feel overwhelming, and seeking therapy can sometimes feel like a big step. You deserve a safe and supportive space where you can express your deepest thoughts, feelings, and fears without judgment. I’m here to help guide you through your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

About Millie

I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. As a Hispanic queer person of color, I understand the importance of living authentically and feeling comfortable in one’s own skin. As a cancer survivor, I also have firsthand experience with the challenges of navigating life after trauma, and I bring this personal insight into my work. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to honoring each client’s unique journey. Whether you’re exploring your identity, healing from trauma, or working through relationship dynamics, I’m here to create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard.

Working with Millie

When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we collaborate to uncover the root of your struggles and find ways to move forward. I take a person-centered approach, meaning I prioritize your unique needs and experiences throughout our work together. I incorporate mindfulness, which helps you stay grounded in the present moment and manage stress, along with psychodynamic techniques, which involve exploring past experiences and unconscious patterns that may influence your current behavior and emotions.

By understanding these deeper aspects of yourself, you can develop greater self-awareness and create lasting change. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights to lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.
