Enya Pfeiffer, MHC-LP
Therapist
Pronouns: they/them/theirs
We are each embedded in a constellation of relationships, institutions, and the history of our families, communities, and cultures. In the exploration of these layers, you and I will work to center authenticity, self-compassion, and radical vulnerability. I believe that moving through grief, trauma, joy, anxiety, and rage can be a creative process — one that allows you to safely connect with the deepest parts of yourself.
About Enya
As a white, genderqueer, polyamorous person, I feel dedicated to the continual investigation of privilege and power. I see therapy as an opportunity to move toward liberation collectively, and believe that celebrating the beauty of who we are is an integral part of therapeutic work.

Working with Enya
My approach is guided by curiosity, empathy, and humor. I draw on psychodynamic, anti-oppressive, and relational frameworks, meaning our work may look like collaborating to investigate internal, communal, intergenerational, and systemic dynamics at play within your life. Throughout the process, my goal is to empower you to dismantle internalized oppressive narratives, embrace who you are, and discover what healing means and looks like for you.
Specialty
I have specialized training and expertise in working with: gender, sexuality, queer & gender expansive identities, polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, kink & BDSM, pleasure positivity, life transitions, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.
