About Cindy

I am a bilingual therapist with a first-generation Hispanic background, experienced in providing therapy in both English and Spanish. My approach is affirming, empathetic, authentic, and collaborative. I am here to support you on your therapeutic journey. I prioritize individualized treatment tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families. Counseling offers a safe and supportive environment to help you navigate life's challenges, find balance, achieve self-acceptance, and enhance overall life satisfaction.
